Tether is hiring a Product Engineering Lead for Keet, a fully peer‑to‑peer messaging app built on Holepunch's stack. You will guide API and frontend teams, partner with product, and shape features for general scale with end‑to‑end encryption by design.
You report to the CTO, balance 70% engineering leadership with 30% product work, and thrive in a distributed, local‑first systems environment that abstracts the P2P engine.
