WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?

- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with contractual documents, drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, submittals, and project standards.
- Supervise and monitor the quality of mechanical and electrical installations throughout all phases of project execution.
- Review and validate technical documentation prior to client submission, ensuring consistency and alignment with project requirements.
- Identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and established quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and applicable international standards.
- Participate in technical meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients to address quality-related matters.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and project quality tracking documentation.

WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,



or a related field (required).
- Advanced English proficiency , with the ability to participate in technical discussions and meetings with international clients (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in building construction projects, preferably large-scale developments.
- Knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) processes and procedures.
- Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, detailed design packages, and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, quality standards, and best practices within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities
