About the Role

We’re looking for a remote Bilingual B2C Sales Closer (Criminal Defense) to close new clients over the phone in English and Spanish.

In this role, you’ll take calls from people facing criminal charges and work them toward a signed retainer and payment. You’ll help us better serve Spanish-speaking clients across the Middle Tennessee counties we serve. No legal experience is needed, and we’ll train you on the legal side.

This is a sales role, not a legal one: you won’t give legal advice. Questions about the law, a client’s case, or likely outcomes go to an Attorney.

Three things make this role different. Your pay is a base plus performance-based incentives on cases paid in full. Law is a regulated industry, so incentives are not a percentage of what the client pays. And the schedule is unusual:
