We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support accounting and financial processes across multiple client accounts. A significant portion of the client portfolio is within the construction industry, making construction accounting experience a strong advantage.

About the Role
The Staff Accountant will manage accounting responsibilities for approximately 6–10 clients simultaneously, taking ownership of recurring accounting workflows, deadlines, and client deliverables. This position is idóneo for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Support payroll processing as needed.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.




• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Manage multiple client priorities, workflows, and deadlines. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Staff Accountant or similar accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting responsibilities for multiple clients or companies simultaneously.
• 3+ years of QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience; QBO certification is a plus.
• Experience with Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong professional communication skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• Audit experience is a plus.
