What You'll Do
✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. ✅ Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools. ✅ Conduct market research and talent mapping. ✅ Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns. ✅ Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements. ✅ Maintain ATS records and ensure candidate information is up to date. ✅ Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives. ✅ Meet sourcing targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ✔️ What We're Looking For ✔️ Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition or B2B sales. ✔️English B1 ✔️ Strong candidate sourcing, research, and outreach skills. ✔️ Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
