We have built a worldwide network of multi-lingual professionals, with more than 300 full-time interdisciplinary industry specialists working in 10 countries. We are looking for a Ssr. Accounting & Reporting Analyst to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our accounting records through thorough analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, actively supporting the monthly close and the financial reporting of the group’s entities. This role also contributes technical accounting expertise to help rebuild and strengthen the Accounting function.

Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and foreign exchange revaluation.
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts (banks, clearing accounts, receivables, payables, taxes, and intercompany), investigating differences and proposing the corresponding adjustments.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting for the group’s entities, including account mapping and intercompany reconciliations, and support reporting to international markets and reinsurers.
• Provide technical accounting support on the correct treatment of transactions (accruals, deferred revenue, provisions, taxes) under local accounting standards and IFRS.
• Partner cross-functionally with Treasury, Tax, FP&A;, and operational teams to ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time, with invoices, payments,



and collections properly matched.
• Contribute to the redesign of accounting processes: documenting procedures, building the closing checklist, and defining reconciliation criteria and internal controls.
• Support external audits and the year-end close by preparing account analyses and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the ERP system (Odoo), identifying configuration issues and opportunities for automation.

Requirements:
• Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting (Contador Público).
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting roles (monthly close, reconciliations, and journal entries).
• Advanced or bilingual English level (mandatory for reporting to international markets and reinsurers).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo is idóneo).
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards.
