AvantStay is seeking a Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships to lead influencer marketing and partnerships end to end. You will negotiate creator deals, manage budgets, and align collaborations with our unique portfolio of homes and guest experiences.
You will be the first hire in this function, reporting to the VP of Growth. The role is fully remote, open to general candidates outside the United States, and requires strong English communication and rapid decision-making to move at startup speed.
