Spartan Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations across our global offices. The role will own payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and performance processes while helping improve HR workflows as the organization scales.
Adecuado candidates will have 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HRIS proficiency (Workday), and excellent communication in English and Spanish.
