Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote role. You will be the first contact for customers utilizing our SaaS platform, assisting with permit filings, account management, and day-to-day platform usage.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in phone-based customer service, is fluent in English, and comfortable with Excel. Experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot CRM is a plus. This is a fully remote position with adaptable scheduling and structured onboarding.
