Bridgeway Integral Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Group Controller / Director of Finance. You will own the numbers across our portfolio, protect cash, and drive profitability with visibility into profit and cash for each entity.
You will run a 13-week rolling cash forecast and decide how to allocate funds across payroll, taxes, debt, and growth. You will also prepare concise finance briefs for the founder, oversee payroll, and maintain job costing and unit economics to support growth.
