Responsibilities
- - Develop and maintain talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods across job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
- - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and optimize candidate profiles.
- - Organize and update candidate databases, ensuring a seamless sourcing process.

Qualifications
- - 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.

- - Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
- - Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
