Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the entire Google Ads lifecycle for DTC clients, communicating directly with them and defending every decision. This remote role requires deep expertise in search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and GA4/GTM, plus a track record of delivering incremental growth with NC-CPA and NC-ROAS aligned metrics.

You will audit accounts, manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, and craft landing pages and testing frameworks.
