FusionHit is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for fully remote LATAM. You own end-to-end product workflows from field capture to review, map real-world labor steps, identify friction, and redesign flows so engineers can build without back-and-forth.
You’ll combine process thinking with the project’s logic, not visual polish, and partner with a second designer on visuals. This role emphasizes accessibility, offlines, retry states, and clear specifications in Figma.
