Assembly Industries is seeking a UX Analyst focused on Product Workflows. You will own how work moves from field capture through review and reporting, shaping the flow and states rather than visual polish. A strong portfolio and systems thinking are essential.
You will map workflows, interview users, design offline states, prototype in Figma, and hand engineering annotated specs for fast builds. Join a small team reporting to the Head of Engineering, with fully remote LATAM collaboration.
