The role requires genuine technical accounting judgment and the ability to resolve complex inquiries with minimal guidance.
You will handle escalated tickets, perform month-end-type tasks, and communicate findings via Zendesk, email, and scheduled calls. A CPA/EA and US tax experience are highly valued.
