Onfleet is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of four to seven engineers, reporting to the CTO. You will own people, delivery, hiring, and process, coaching growth and maintaining quality with data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with product management, stay hands-on when needed, and drive a high-performing, globally distributed team leveraging TypeScript, Node.js, React, Rust in an AWS environment.
