We are hiring for a remote Performance Marketing Specialist position based in Argentina. Assignment scope, compensation, engagement terms, exact working days, and weekly hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Location and schedule

Remote role for candidates currently based in Argentina, supporting Los Angeles–based businesses. You must live and perform the work in Argentina. Required working hours follow the agreed U.S. Pacific Time / Los Angeles schedule, including PST/PDT daylight saving changes. No relocation required. Exact working days and hours will be confirmed for the assignment.

Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, test, and improve paid campaigns on platforms where you have demonstrated expertise.
- Test messaging, creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and lead forms.
- Maintain conversion tracking, UTMs, retargeting, and clear reporting.
- Monitor spend, qualified leads, booked calls, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
- Work with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and business outcomes.

Requirements





- Proven hands-on campaign management and optimization experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other relevant paid-media platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Ability to explain your own contribution and provide campaign results with context: spend, lead quality, appointments, and acquisition costs.
- Strong analytical skills, professional English, and dependable follow-through.
- Reliable remote-work setup and availability for the agreed Pacific Time schedule.

Preferred

Experience with B2B services, staffing, home improvement, or local-service lead generation; familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and call tracking.
