HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business seeking a hands-on General Manager for Marketing and Ecommerce Growth. You will own the marketing growth strategy across HoopStars and the parent company’s brands, overseeing paid acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth while building a capable remote team.
You will balance running HoopStars with shaping the parent marketing function, managing budgets, reporting, and high-impact experiments.
