- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (custom objects, workflows, Lightning components).
- Expertise in manual and automated testing (Preferably Playwright)
- Hands-on experience with testing tools Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and custom objects.
- Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Automate test cases using open source or scriptless frameworks.
- Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end-users.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools.
