You'll own paid acquisition and the funnel for a US small business, from ad to booked call.
Every result is measured in leads, cost per acquisition and revenue.
What you'll do:
Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
Own the funnel: landing pages, forms, email nurture and follow-up automation
Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs) and clean CRM attribution
Report weekly on spend, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and next changes
Run A/B tests on ads, offers and pages
Use AI tools for copy, creative variations and analysis
Work directly with the founder on goals and budget
Requirements
Must have:
3+ years managing paid media for US businesses
Proof of results: accounts, spend levels and outcomes with real numbers
Hands-on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4,



and a CRM/email tool (HubSpot, Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
C1 English, comfortable presenting results on calls.
Nice to have: local services, med spa, B2B or financial services; Webflow or Unbounce; Zapier.
Top of range: $100K+/month spend managed, full-funnel ownership, documented CPA reductions
