Our client needs a Customer Service Manager.
You will lead the customer service team and oversee all customer support operations.
This role helps customers have a good experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Manage and support team members to provide a smooth client experience.
Assist clients with complex inquiries, requests, and general information about solar services.
Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Build relationships with customers and encourage referrals through great service.
Support customers by phone, email, or chat when needed.
Explain processes, timelines, and solar information clearly and kindly.
Update client records and document interactions in the CRM system.
Lead team meetings, training, and process improvement discussions.
Be professional, patient, and respectful in all interactions.
Required Experience And Qualifications




Previous experience in customer service management or a call center.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and calm.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
C2 English level.
Preferred Skills
Experience in appointment setting or sales.
Customer service management experience in a busy environment.
Familiarity with solar products or services is a plus.
Personality

Team player with good problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
