Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Program Coordinator based in our Buenos Aires office to grow the Argentinian market and grow our community of global families that change the world through the au pair program.Hitting your goals at Cultural Care means you play an important role in making the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place.Our cultural exchange program builds general families by bringing together au pairs with American host families, providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.This is a role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, because every approval and match means another au pair gets a life-changing experience in the U.S.In this role, you will report to the Country Product Manager.
We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is highly results-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.What you will do:Grow the Argentinian market, taking ownership of your approval goal, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified au pairs throughout the yearRecruit, screen,
