Oaklawn Jockey Club is seeking a Call Center Agent to manage reservations, handle cancellations, and assist guests in selecting accommodations and packages.
You will maintain a friendly, professional image while serving guests at our hotel/casino property.
Adecuado candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or call center roles, experience with hotel front desk operations, and proficiency with booking software and INFOR HM System.
Night/weekend shifts may be required.
