As a Pipeline Builder, your expertise will drive our talent acquisition strategy by proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging high-caliber candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining robust talent pipelines, especially for high-demand, niche, or recurring positions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods across job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and optimize candidate profiles.
- Organize and update candidate databases, ensuring a seamless sourcing process.
- Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to drive data-informed strategies.




- Stay current on labor market trends and sourcing best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines independently.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with high-volume or specialized role sourcing.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.
