Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI‑Native) to join a LATAM remote team building an AI‑native SaaS platform for complex M&A; workflows. You’ll own architectural decisions, navigate a large codebase, and drive reliability while leveraging AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.
The role focuses on production software engineering, not ML model training, with an emphasis on pragmatic design, maintainability, and product impact across backend and full‑stack components.
