Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of general HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and measurement. You will partner with HR centers of excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to optimize processes and ensure high-quality talent outcomes.
The role is remote within LATAM. You will drive continuous improvement, governance, and change management, supporting cycles like Compensation Planning, Performance, and Benefits
