About the Opportunity

A US-based startup is developing an AI-powered platform designed to transform how tour operators and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) plan, organize, and manage travel experiences.

The platform leverages agentic AI to automate complex workflows, from itinerary creation to coordination with hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, and attractions.

This opportunity combines full-stack software engineering, AI architecture, and product development, with a strong emphasis on building intuitive, scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and optimize end-to-end platform features across frontend and backend systems.
- Design and implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Develop scalable architectures, API integrations, and reliable data flows.
- Identify UX/UI issues and translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, product improvements, and feature delivery.
- Collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing engineering quality, usability,



and business impact.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack software development, including frontend, backend, databases, and deployment.
- Practical experience designing or building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered product architectures.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Solid UX/UI judgment and the ability to independently identify and improve usability issues.
- Experience developing and shipping production-ready applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical autonomy, and product-oriented thinking.
- Strong spoken English for technical discussions and international collaboration.
- Full-time availability and the ability to overlap with US Eastern working hours.
