Paired is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for DTC brands. You’ll run campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax and You Tube, manage budgets, and speak directly with clients, defending your decisions and outcomes.
This is a fully remote role. You will audit accounts, optimize attribution, build landing pages, and report growth clearly. We prize ownership, critical thinking, and disciplined experimentation to move real numbers.
