Power Digital Marketing is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist who can own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. This is a performance role, not a CMO/manager position; you’ll be in-platform daily, launching and optimizing campaigns, and you’ll be expected to explain what you did, why you did it, and the results you drove. You’ll build scalable Meta structures, manage budgets, create testing roadmaps, and coordinate with creative, CRO, and analytics to improve conversion rates.
