Data Insights AssociatePosition OverviewThe Data Insights Associate is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and data analysis.The adecuado candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work with business leaders, gain exposure to multiple areas of the organization, and contribute directly to data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Analytics- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.- Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights.- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.- Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis initiatives.- Monitor and validate data quality across reporting sources.Data Analysis & Business Support- Interpret data and provide recommendations that support business objectives.- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.- Perform root cause analysis to investigate reporting discrepancies and data-related issues.- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for new reporting solutions.Technical Development- Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical needs.- Support the development and optimization of reporting datasets.- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.- Assist with testing and validating reporting enhancements prior to deployment.Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions.- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.- Provide support and guidance to end users regarding reports and dashboards.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities as needed.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.- 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Professional proficiency in English.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.- Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.- Experience working in Agile environments.- Exposure to financial services, insurance, lending, or equipment finance industries.- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting user stories.- Experience supporting executive and operational reporting.Key Competencies- Analytical Thinking- Attention to Detail- Continuous Learning- Problem Solving- Communication Skills- Stakeholder Management- Organization and Time Management- Adaptability- Collaboration and TeamworkWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to work with modern reporting and analytics technologies.- High visibility across the organization and direct exposure to business leaders.- Collaborative team environment with strong mentorship and development opportunities.- Ability to influence reporting strategies and contribute to data-driven decision-making.#J-18808-Ljbffr
