Halter is building a regional finance and operations hub in Buenos Aires. This role owns the finance engine for Argentina and Uruguay, reporting to the Director Finance & Operations, South America.

You will oversee the close, tax, statutory compliance and controls across both entities and lead a Financial Accountant and a Billing Admin from day one. You’ll design processes where none exist, collaborate with the New Zealand-based integral finance team on consolidation and reporting, and scale the
