AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Social Community to own how we sound and engage across platforms, building communities from zero and turning stays into lasting relationships. You’ll shape the voice, set playbooks, and respond publicly to protect the brand.

You’ll report to the VP of Growth, work with a tools and test budget from day one, and lead experiments to grow engagement and trust with guests and homeowners.
