PetDesk is hiring a Sr. Support Specialist for Phones on a 100% remote contract. You will handle complex VoIP/SIP/PBX issues, support multi-site clients, and document solutions to scale the team.

The role requires 2–4 years in VoIP/PBX support, strong English, and the ability to work aligned with North American hours. You will diagnose network and call-quality problems, provision IP phones, and manage tickets with SLA adherence.
