We are seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Representative to join a growing freight brokerage company specializing in drayage and logistics services.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.

Required Skills

- Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in freight brokerage, 3PL, logistics, or transportation).
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proven track record of high-volume outbound cold calling (50–70 calls/day) and pipeline development.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent / Advanced English (C1 level or higher is strictly required for active negotiation with US-based clients).
- Market Focus: Experience prospecting, pitching, and negotiating with clients and decision-makers in the United States / North America.
- Tools & Technology: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
