R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist. You will review inpatient records to improve documentation quality, perform concurrent and retrospective analyses, and work with physicians to ensure accurate coding and appropriate severity of illness.

A US RN license is required and CDI experience in acute care is essential. Three to five years of clinical experience in medical-surgical areas, ICU, telemetry, or ED is expected, with familiarity in EMR/CDI platforms.
