SC Johnson is seeking a Process Development Engineer to join its RD&E; team at the Pilar Plant. The role develops, validates and implements new products and changes, from lab development to manufacturing scale, across categories.

It combines hands-on technical work with project execution and cross-functional collaboration, interacting with local, regional and general teams and suppliers in Argentina and LATAM.
