This fully remote, LATAM-focused role emphasizes building a pool of qualified creatives and marketers, writing convincing outreach, and testing messages to improve response rates.

You’ll be mentored on the talent side and gain access to a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools. Part-time position with 20–30 hours weekly, paid weekly in USD as a contractor.
