Publishing Operations and Link Manager Canary Content | Buenos Aires | Full-time, hybrid (2-3 days per week in office )

Canary Content is a growing digital marketing agency focused on SEO and AI visibility. We help B2B and B2C brands rank on Google and get cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews. We’re looking for a colleague to manage our link partnerships and oversee publishing and daily operations for specific client accounts. The roleYou’ll manage and grow the network of PR contacts and industry partners who contribute to our content and help us build backlinks. This includes working with PR agencies to get their clients quoted in relevant articles, bringing new contacts into the network, and coordinating link exchanges with other businesses and publishers through our platform. You’ll also oversee publishing and daily operations for specific client accounts. You’ll keep their Google Drive folders organized, coordinate writers and contractors, and make sure content and other deliverables go out on schedule. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep each account moving. What you’ll doLink building and PR partnerships
· Manage our existing network of PR agencies and contacts whose clients contribute expert quotes to our content.
· Bring new PR partners into the network.
· Match expert sources with upcoming articles and coordinate quotes with our writers.
· Build relationships with relevant businesses and publishers to secure backlinks and arrange link exchanges through our platform.
· Track outreach, partner commitments, and published links so every placement gets followed through.
· Keep contact records current and stay in touch with partners between projects. Publishing and operations




· Manage publishing and daily operations for your assigned client accounts.
· Publish and format content in WordPress, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.
· Check links, images, and formatting before content goes live.
· Organize Google Drive folders, briefs, submission documents, and published content records.
· Coordinate writers and contractors so deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
· Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for your assigned clients and keep them updated on progress.
· Build and improve the systems and templates we use to manage our work. Who you are
· You have a background in operations, digital marketing, PR, or outreach.
· You follow up consistently and keep track of what you’ve promised.
· You embrace using AI tools to stay organized, manage workflows, and support your day-to-day work.
· You enjoy organizing files and improving how work gets done.
· You write clearly and feel comfortable coordinating contractors and communicating with clients.
· You take ownership of your work and flag problems early. Nice to have
· Experience with link building, digital PR, or publisher outreach.
· Experience publishing in WordPress or Webflow.
· Agency experience or experience managing multiple client accounts.
· Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
