Senior Accounting Manager – Multi-Entity Accounting & Financial Reporting | Remote Position Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Function: Accounting / Finance About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to manage accounting operations across multiple locations and business units. This is a hands-on accounting leadership role with ownership of the month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and accounting controls . You’ll work closely with the VP of Accounting and leadership to maintain accurate financial records while strengthening the systems and processes needed to support continued growth. The adecuado candidate brings strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, multi-entity accounting experience, and expert-level QuickBooks Online skills .



What You’ll Own Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Own the month-end close across multiple locations and entities Manage and review financial records by business unit Review P&L;, AR, AP, payroll, and other accounting records Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and timely Analyze financial results and investigate discrepancies or unusual activity Maintain financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. accounting practices Help leadership maintain clear visibility into financial performance Reconciliations & Accounting Operations Perform and review bank reconciliations Reconcile credit card accounts Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online Oversee accounting activity across multiple entities, loca
