ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.
MUST HAVES
-
5+ years of SQL development experience
; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
-
3+ years of Tableau development experience
, including hands‐on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
- Prior hands‐on
Python development experience
(prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
- Prior practical, hands‐on experience using
AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor
, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
- Proficiency in
Excel / Google Spreadsheets
for running ad‐hoc analysis.
- Solid understanding of
data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
- Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.




- Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
NICE TO HAVES
- 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision‐making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
- Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
- Autonomously navigate ambiguity, set strategy and priorities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leaders and product teams, with a focus on business and customer impact.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
- Operate in a self‐guided, strategic manner, determining the most efficient and effective next steps for project and team success.
