ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.
MUST HAVES
5+ years of SQL development experience
; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
3+ years of Tableau development experience
, including hands-on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
Prior hands-on
Python development experience
(prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
Prior practical, hands-on experience using
AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor
, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Spreadsheets
for running ad-hoc analysis.
Solid understanding of
data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.




Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
NICE TO HAVES
2+ years of Snowflake development experience.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
Autonomously navigate ambiguity, set strategy and priorities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leaders and product teams, with a focus on business and customer impact.
Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
