ResponsibilitiesExecute complete monthly payroll cycles for employees in Argentina, ensuring precision and timely completionManage final settlement calculations and termination procedures according to current legislationOversee and administer fourth-category income tax calculationsHandle the filing and monitoring of social security contributions using the Digital Payroll BookCoordinate payroll changes including vacations, leaves of absence, overtime, and absencesCarry out reviews and reconciliations to verify the accuracy of payroll dataSupport employees by responding to their payroll-related inquiriesMaintain steady compliance with applicable labor, social security,
