Description and Requirements

Position Description:

GTN Specialist (Gross to Net) is responsible for collaborating with Lenovo Finance Teams, Business Teams and Lenovo Business Partners to provide GTN/ financial support, specifically:

- Rebate validation and controlling;
- Rebate error/ dispute management;
- Communication with Business Partners;
- Data analysis and reporting;
- Projects, process enhancements and efficiencies
- Interlock with Lenovo internal teams and Business Partners to reconcile operation;
- Works on monthly and quarterly closing as focal for specific market (Future billing adjustment (FBA) reviews);
- Participating / leads the financial review after closing;
- Ad hoc analysis.

Position Requirements:

- Experience in Business administration, Finance, or similar (Preferred)
- Financial/ analytical skills, SAP (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel
- Reporting skills - SQL (Power BI/ SQL Studio, etc.) (Preferred)
- Strong ownership and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to achieve the targets and meet the deadlines

- Fluent oral and written English – business level
