About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support our U.S.-based client. The adecuado candidate will have solid experience in QuickBooks Online , and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing

Assist with payroll processing and sales tax filings

Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards





Communicate with clients to clarify financial information and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper working with U.S. clients

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles (basic level is fine)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience working remotely and managing multiple client accounts

Nice to Have:

Experience with other accounting tools (e.g. Gusto, Bill.com, Hubdoc)

Knowledge of payroll and sales tax regulations in the U.S.
