- Create & Maintain Project Timelines Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana,



prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Manage Workload & Resources Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
- Track & Report Progress Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
- Optimize Processes Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
- Facilitate Communication Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met. What Makes You a Good Fit
