What You'll Do
- Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
- Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
- Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
- Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.




- Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
- Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
- Attend daily sales training and team meetings. What You'll Sell You’ll receive training on a range of home protection services, including:
- General pest control and mosquito treatments
- Termite prevention and treatment
- Crawlspace moisture control and encapsulation
- Attic insulation and air sealing
- Fire ant, mole, and specialized pest treatments What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude
- Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Ability to perform home inspections and access crawlspaces when needed
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications Previous sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from customer service, retail, home improvement, automotive sales, and other customer-facing backgrounds.
