Business Development Representative (Remote)

Are you the kind of person who isn't afraid of the phone, loves opening doors, and knows that every "no" gets you closer to the next "yes"?

We're looking for a Business Development Representative for one of our clients in the international staffing industry. The role is 100% remote, with availability to travel when needed.

What you’ll do:

You'll be the first face of the company in front of potential clients in the United States. Your job: identify companies with international hiring needs, run active prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), qualify leads, and book meetings for the senior sales team. You'll engage with founders, HR directors, and C-suite executives.

What we’re looking for:

- - Sales experience in any form: B2B, B2C, inside sales, account management,

or lead generation (1 to 3 years). Direct BDR/SDR experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- - Advanced/native English (daily communication with US clients)
- - Comfort with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
- - CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- - Valid passport and ability to travel internationally when needed

What we offer:

- - Competitive base salary + uncapped commission per signed contract
- - Training in the staffing and international recruitment industry
- - Real growth into Account Executive or senior Business Development roles
