Job Overview

Chevron's General Business Services (GBS) organization located in Buenos Aires, is accepting applications for the position of Project Manager. Successful candidates will join the IT Organization, which is part of a multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.

Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Allocate tasks and coordinate team members.
- Estimate costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
- Identify issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Complete project documentation and evaluations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in an IT or business-related discipline.
- 5 -10 years of project management experience. Preferably with ERP implementation and support experience.
- Current PMP Certification or similar.
- Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ADO.
- Strong facilitation, and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.





Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree preferred.
- Agile certification(s).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
