optimization plans, offer recommendations, and creative direction alongside media and creative teams.
- Lead or support primary text, creative copy, offer positioning, hooks, and asset ideation when needed.
- Understand current paid media strategy, including Meta Advantage+, broad targeting, creative testing, campaign structure, and performance diagnosis, in order to guide conversations and challenge weak recommendations.
- QA briefs, campaign direction, creative assets, copy, email/SMS deliverables, landing page recommendations, and client-facing outputs before they are shared or launched.
- Oversee pod quality and internal workflows, making sure campaigns, briefs, creative assets, and deliverables meet agency standards before going live.
- Conduct client calls and pod-level meetings to surface blockers early, align priorities, maintain project momentum, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables, performance, scope, revisions, and next steps.
- Identify growth opportunities, retention risks, upsell opportunities, and strategic gaps within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the Lead Strategist, Creative Director, Media Buying Director, and leadership team for quarterly planning, major brand shifts, escalations, and larger strategic pivots.
- Maintain clear visibility into account health, client sentiment, pod workload, performance trends, blockers, and upcoming priorities.
- Escalate performance concerns, client risks, internal blockers, or quality issues early with clear context and recommended next steps.
- Ensure internal teams understand not only what needs to be done, but why it matters for the client’s strategy and performance.
- Support client retention by providing proactive strategy, strong communication, quality control, and consistent follow-through.
