Position overview

United Research Group is seeking a Clinical Site Manager to support clinical research site performance, operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and investigator partnerships across an assigned region.

This role will collaborate with site personnel, investigators, and clinical operations leadership to support successful study execution.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational oversight and support to assigned clinical research sites.
- Monitor site performance, enrollment progress, and operational metrics.
- Support study startup, site readiness, and trial execution.
- Coordinate training and operational guidance for site personnel.
- Identify operational risks and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist with staffing coordination and resource planning.
- Support quality management and inspection readiness.
- Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators to address operational challenges.
- Promote consistent implementation of approved procedures.




- Prepare site performance reports and communicate operational priorities.
- Travel within the assigned region as required.

The qualifications below are proposed recruitment criteria pending final URG approval.

Proposed Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Approximately 4–6 years of clinical research or site operations experience preferred.
- Prior site management, team leadership, or multi-site coordination experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations.
- Experience with CTMS, EDC, and regulatory documentation systems preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as required by assigned responsibilities.
